I can definitely see it being used for combos. Side Special: UH2 uses its camera flash to attack! It's small range, but can at later percentages be useful for knocking opponents upward. They don't do much damage on their own, but it gets stronger as it charges. It can be charged up to 5 stars, with each star shoot more and more upward (though not to an extreme extent). Neutral Special: UH2 shoots out a star(s) forward. Like stated previously, UH2 is a Rivals of Aether import, thus meaning all of its moves are from that game. It actually went on to win the tournament, with its takeover day involving rips that referenced 2005-2009 era YouTube. Unregistered HyperCam 2 was a fan-submitted character, one that was designed by 813N. In 2018, the bait-and-switch music channel SiIvaGunner announced "The King for a Day Tournament", an event where, out of a group of 16 characters, fans vote for the one they want to take over the channel for a day. Since then, it's become a staple in nostalgia-based internet/YouTube culture. When YouTube was in its infancy, people used it to record tutorials, but since their copies of it weren't registered, the videos had a small watermark reading "Unregistered HyperCam 2".
